Private AI in development · Las Vegas Valley
IsoCoreAI is preparing a private agent system for document-heavy business work. The plan combines reviewed workflows, Mac and Windows clients, and a choice of customer-site hardware or installation consulting.
Initial focus: law and accounting offices and other teams handling recurring, sensitive document packages.
The problem worth solving
A new client, matter or project can arrive through email, PDFs, forms, scans and shared folders. Staff identify files, copy facts, check lists and chase missing information before the real work begins.
IsoCoreAI is developing a controlled way to prepare that package and show the original source beside each extracted fact. Staff would correct and approve the work before it enters their process.
First workflow in development
A focused document preparation workflow, designed around a business checklist rather than an unrestricted chat window.
Identify documents and collect agreed names, dates and fields.
Flag missing items, unreadable pages and conflicting information.
Give staff source-linked evidence and a clear approval step.
Access on your terms
The planned desktop clients will give staff one place to start approved agent tasks, inspect sources, resolve exceptions and review results. Browser access remains part of the design.
The clients are interfaces to a controlled system; they are not intended to move the business's production model and document store onto each workstation.

IsoCoreAI is considering two paths: a customer-site system with selected hardware and ongoing care, or consulting to install and configure approved AI agents within an environment the customer already controls.
Both paths require a clear workflow, access boundary, acceptance criteria and human review. The right scope would be defined after the service is ready for customer work.
