Security approach · Design targets

A boundary that can be examined and tested.

IsoCoreAI's proposed customer-site design keeps production processing and records inside an environment the customer controls. The controls below are requirements to implement and verify for each configuration, not blanket security or compliance guarantees.

Target controls

Know where information goes and who can act.

01 / Custody

Local processing

Plan for models, indexes and workflow state in the customer's approved environment.

02 / Access

Named roles

Give users collection and workflow permissions; do not expose model workers directly.

03 / Review

Accountability

Require staff approval for material results and record the activity history.

Operational design

Security includes maintenance and recovery.

Configure and test encryption at rest and in transit.

Disable ordinary remote access unless a customer authorizes a bounded path.

Prefer signed offline updates where the configuration supports them.

Define backup, retention and recovery with the customer.

Test controls and document the evidence before acceptance.

Risk remains

Local control is one part of security.

A local system can reduce exposure to external AI services. It does not eliminate endpoint, insider, physical, configuration, backup or output-quality risk.

Customer advisers determine how legal and regulatory requirements apply. IsoCoreAI will describe the controls and evidence for an actual configuration rather than claim universal compliance.
