How IsoCoreAI is being built

Local models need controlled workflows.

A model alone is not a business process. IsoCoreAI is developing a runtime that connects an approved task to specific records, limited tools, deterministic checks, human review and an activity history.

Target architecture

One task. A visible chain of responsibility.

This is the design being qualified, not a claim that a customer installation is available today.

01Business userStarts approved work from a desktop client or browser.
02WorkspaceChecks identity, permissions and document scope.
03Agent runtimeControls workflow state, tools and approvals.
04Local capabilityModels, retrieval and document tools.
05Staff reviewChecks sources before material use.

Development priorities

Make the work inspectable.

Version each workflow and define its permitted actions.

Keep users and agents inside approved document collections.

Show source evidence and uncertainty with each result.

Use structural and citation checks before staff review.

Record the run so it can be understood and improved.

Qualify model and hardware changes against the same tasks.

Reference environment

Real equipment supports the preparation work.

IsoCoreAI operates a controlled reference environment to study local models, agent behavior and workflow performance. The current interactive model baseline is Qwen3.8-Flash-Next on Spark-class nodes, with background tasks assigned to separate workers.

That environment is a development and evaluation resource. It is not a hosted production service or a promise that the eventual customer configuration will use the same hardware.

Stay in touch

Talk about the architecture.

IsoCoreAI is in the preparation and evaluation phase. We welcome conversations about the work and its requirements; we are not accepting customer deployments yet.
